Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During high-volume periods, holidays, launches, or limited-edition releases, processing times may be extended.

We use third-party shipping carriers to deliver orders.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and size

  • Shipping method selected

All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

4. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

For lost or delayed shipments, customers should contact the carrier directly using the tracking number.

We may assist with filing a claim when possible, but replacement or refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.

8. Preorders & Limited Releases

If an item is marked as a preorder or part of a limited-edition release:

  • Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page

  • These dates are subject to change

  • Customers will be notified of material delays

Preorder items may ship separately from in-stock products.

9. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages at no additional cost to you, unless otherwise stated.
